What this tool does

• Classifies company profiles based on sector codes and size thresholds

• All outputs are deterministic: same input always produces same output

What this tool does NOT do

• Provide legal advice or legal opinions
• Account for all exceptions in Art. 2(2)-(4) of the NIS2 Directive
• Implement national transposition laws (e.g. Italian D.Lgs. 138/2024)
• Evaluate sub-sector-specific rules or linked enterprise calculations
• Replace the judgment of a qualified legal professional
• Guarantee accuracy or completeness of its classifications
