Measured against the LIVE pipeline (ASGI firewall + SecurityShield threat-score/composite + PII), NOT a harness-only path. False negatives are counted honestly (known gaps included) — with AI escalation enabled in prod, gray-zone misses are additionally adjudicated by a model.

Caveats

  • The corpus exercises the deterministic parts of the security pipeline — signature scan + threat-score + regex PII. The optional ai_analyze_threat path (gray-zone LLM judgment) is bypassed because the test runs without an upstream assistant configured. With AI judgment enabled, gray-zone scores 0.4-0.7 escalate to a model — real-world block rate is higher than this report shows.
  • Coverage numbers are bounds, not guarantees against novel attacks. Re-run + extend the corpus when new attack patterns surface.
  • Benign-control false positives mostly cluster on meta-discussion of attack patterns (e.g. "explain how prompt injection works"). The proxy errs on the side of caution there — tradeoff baked into the 0.7 threshold.
  • LLM03/04/06/08/09 are out-of-scope for the proxy itself — they concern the build pipeline, training data, agent permissions, vector DB, and model truthfulness, none of which the proxy controls.
